Denuvo DRM System Has Been Cracked

A Chinese team called 3DM has reported that it’s been able to crack the latest DRM system, Denuvo, that was used in FIFA 15, Lords of the Fallen and Dragon Age: Inquisition.

Denuvo has been the latest DRM system that it was able to protect FIFA 15 for two months and Lords of the Fallen for one whole month.

3dm has proven that everything can eventually be unlocked, and that so far no DRM system has been unbeatable.

What does this mean exactly?
Well for once it means people can now play their games without this drm system in place, some users reported that Denuvo was responsible for damaging their SSDs, while others claimed that Lords of the Fallen’s performance issues were due to this particular DRM system.

Because this system has been cracked, doesn't mean that there is a crack for dragon age inquisition yet, but it certainly does open a door for it.

This all sounds like people are now able to pirate all these games, thus affecting the game sales and destroying the companies who work hard on making them.
However, that's not really the case.

Let's take a look at Fifa 15, it released uncracked and not pirated for at least 2 months now, it sold as much as fifa 14 did and fifa 14 was cracked and pirated. Wouldn't an uncracked game sell more copies? if people can't get it illegally they must buy it if they want to play it.

That's just my two cents on the matter. Hopw you enjoyed the article.
